Few clients actually enjoy legal disputes.  Most clients simply want a swift, efficient and fair resolution of their disputes.  Mediation, whether pre-suit or during litigation, is often the answer.  Mediation is a process in which the parties to a dispute use the services of an impartial person (normally, but not always an attorney) who is trained in dispute resolution to assist them in reaching a settlement.  The process involves the exchange of information in a confidential environment and “shuttle diplomacy” in which the mediator facilitates the negotiations.  The attorneys at Fee & Jeffries regularly represent our clients in mediations.
